I Got Lost! Back on the Journey again.

Ok I fell off the bandwagon. I did so well too. I could make up excuses like "I was moving house while also buying a rental house", "I had to paint it and a get tenants in the house", "My arms were recovering from muscle strain", etc, etc, etc but the truth is, I lost my rhythm and I couldn't sustain what I was doing.

So here I am, 3 weeks back into Turbulence training and doing well. I've got a bit of ground to make up - I've put on 8kg in the 2 months that I stopped - man, that was so easy it was scarey. What's the difference this time you might ask? The difference is this time I'm pacing myself. I'm now using the 6 Months Bodyweight program - 3 times a week. This is much more managable and, more importantly, sustainable.

Bodyweight training is surprisingly quite effective. 6 months or more of this and I'll have the capability to train anywhere, anytime - no excuses. I am so enjoying this. Plus I get time to do my latin dancing at the same time.
